Delete my data

You can ask us to erase everything GuessrBot stores about you, at any time and free of charge.

1. Find your Discord user ID

  1. In Discord, open User Settings → Advanced and turn on Developer Mode.
  2. Right‑click (or long‑press) your name and choose “Copy User ID”.

2. Send your request

  • On Discord: join our support server and send the request from the account concerned, with your user ID.
  • By email: write to help.guessrbot@gmail.com with your user ID. We will then ask you to confirm from that Discord account.

This check makes sure nobody can erase someone else's stats.

3. What we delete

  • Your display name and the dates you played.
  • All your game results, XP, rating, streaks and achievements. Your name disappears from leaderboards.
  • Feedback you sent, if you can tell us roughly when.

4. Timing

We delete your data and confirm within one month at the latest. If you play again afterwards, new statistics start from zero.

5. Server administrators

Removing the bot from a server does not erase the server's ID, name or channel settings. To have them deleted, send the same kind of request from an account with the Manage Server permission.
