By using GuessrBot on Discord, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
GuessrBot is a Discord bot providing geography quiz games (capitals, flags, shapes, anagrams, world map). It is developed and operated by Kiwa.
3. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use GuessrBot. The bot is intended for users of all ages, but the Discord platform itself requires users to be at least 13 years old.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not: use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with GuessrBot; attempt to exploit, abuse, or disrupt the service or other users; collect or harvest data from the bot without prior written permission; use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. User Data
By playing, you consent to the storage of your Discord user ID and game statistics (XP, rating, scores, response times) for the purpose of leaderboards and personal stat features. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
GuessrBot, its name, logo, and all related content are the exclusive property of Kiwa. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
GuessrBot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kiwa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiwa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Modifications
Kiwa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our Discord server. Continued use of GuessrBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
