Terms of Use

By using GuessrBot on Discord, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

GuessrBot is a free Discord bot offering geography quiz games (capitals, flags, shapes, anagrams, world map). It is developed and operated by Kiwa. GuessrBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service (at least 13 years old, or older where your country requires it) and comply with those terms while using GuessrBot.

You may not: use bots, scripts or automation to play or answer for you; exploit bugs or disrupt the service or other players; collect data from the bot without written permission; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may block access for anyone who does.

Playing stores your Discord user ID, display name and game statistics so that leaderboards and personal stats work. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is stored and how to have it deleted.

GuessrBot is free. Donations through Ko‑fi are voluntary gifts to support hosting and development: they unlock nothing in the bot and create no subscription unless you choose a recurring donation on Ko‑fi, which you can cancel there at any time.

Because a donation is a gift and not a purchase, it is not refundable as a matter of course. If you donated by mistake, write to help.guessrbot@gmail.com within 14 days with your Ko‑fi receipt and we will refund it. Payments are processed by Ko‑fi and its payment partners under their own terms.

GuessrBot, its name, logo and original content belong to Kiwa. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent. Third‑party credits are listed in the Legal Notice.

GuessrBot is provided as is, free of charge. We do our best to keep it running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, and the service may change, pause or stop at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Kiwa is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and significant changes are announced on our Discord support server.
